Fees and Rebates
Individual Therapy
Fees are $220 for 50 minute appointments (APS recommended fee for a psychologist is $300). A medicare rebate of a minimum of $92.90 is available to individuals who have been referred with a mental health care plan for up to 10 individual sessions per year (2023). Private health rebates are available and you are encouraged to check with your insurer to ascertain eligibility.
Marriage, Couples and Relationship Counselling
Weekday fees (9am to last appointment commencing at 4pm) are $270 for 70-minute appointments.
After hour appointments (from 5pm weekdays) and Saturday appointments are $300 for 70-minute appointments.
Private health rebates are available, and you are encouraged to check with your insurer to ascertain eligibility.
Cancellation Policy
An SMS reminder will be sent 72 hours prior to your appointments. If you are unable to attend this appointment, it would be appreciated if you would provide 48 hours’ notice to reschedule by sending a text or calling 0403 048 048. If you are unable to give 48 hours’ notice (depending on the circumstances), a late cancellation or failure to attend fee of the total amount of your total appointment cost may apply.
Failure to give adequate notice prevents us from booking another person who may require psychological care into this appointment.
